We offer 2 levels of Service that can be chosen at time of ordering
Royal Mail 2nd Class : For any package under 2kg and for customers requiring a2-3 working day service
Courier : We currently have a courier contact in place. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday on a signed for basis.
Delivery Costs : The cost displayed throughout the site exclude the cost of carriage and/ or postage. Delivery costs are shown prior to final order and payment. Orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail or for larger parcels a Courier at the discretion of the Company. Goods returned to Fordingbridge Print described as undeliverable, will be subject to a redelivery charge.
Issues with Delivery : Unless there are exceptional circumstances, your Products will be despatched for delivery in accordance with the delivery service chosen by you. Any dates provided for delivery are approximate only, and Fordingbridge Print is not responsible for the timely receipt of goods once dispatched to the customer.
As such, late deliveries will not be refunded, and payment will be pursued due to the personalised nature of our products.
Orders not received within 7 working days of payment must be reported to us by email. Failure to notify us within this period will result in Fordingbridge Print not accepting any responsibility for items dispatched and not delivered/received.
Where delivery is delayed due to exceptional circumstances or a Force Majeure Event, we will process the delivery as soon as we reasonably can and will keep you updated regarding this by email. We will have no liability to you in that circumstance.
Where delivery is not possible as a result of us being provided with the incorrect delivery address details, our delivery service will return the Products to us and we will hold these for 5 working days. We reserve the right to make an additional delivery charge for re-despatch of the Products to the correct delivery address. If you have not contacted us regarding re-despatch within 5 working days, we may recycle the Products at our option and you will need to place a new order with us if the Products are still required.
Goods Damaged in Transit: Damaged goods must be reported to Fordingbridge Print within 48 hours of delivery by email, failure to do so and We will not accept responsibility and the customer shall not be entitled to reject the goods.
